Volleyball Tips: How to Improve your Dig feat. Rachael Adams
This tip features Rachael Adams, Middle Blocker for Team USA Volleyball as she teaches you how to dig!
It can be the most important part of the game and you have to be ready. Digging Position: Nice athletic comfortable positioning with your weight on your toes. Digging Angles: The ball will come very fast so it's important that you have your angles correctly because wherever your 'platform' (position of your arms together) is angled, that's where the ball is gonna go. Good Luck!
Remember:
1) Balanced Athletic Stance
2) Hands together with palms up
3) Angle arms up
Volleyball Tips: How to improve your Attack in Volleyball feat. Jordan Larson
This tip features Team USA's Outside Hitter and Olympic Silver Medalist Jordan Larson as she teaches you everything about attacking. Attacking or spiking is so important during the match because that's what scores the point. Your footwork and your timing are most crucial to becoming a successful attacker, so Larson will show you some drills to improve both.
Enjoy watching and keep practicing!
Remember when you are attacking:
1) Dynamic last two steps of approach
2) Use the full body when you hit
3) Communicate with your setter
